Walmart selsl the special unit that goes on the wall.  You have to make sure you find the studs or it will fall off.  Use heavy duty screws.  You can tell where they are usually 16 inches apart except for older house the beams are closer together.  But yo can tap on the wall and listen for hollow and solid area or use a stud finder.
